Responsibilities:
- Conduct ALM/SDLC process audits to ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
- Develop and update process documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and guidance on process compliance and best practices.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:

- This is a 3-month contract opportunity, at Amman office, for a qualified Quality Assurance Engineer.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance, process auditing, and documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools.
