Assignment Description:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced ALM Process Engineering Consultant to join our team in Amman on a short-term basis (2-3 months). As an ALM Process Engineering Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing and documenting the Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) process for one of our clients. Your primary focus will be to identify potential gaps and areas for improvement, ensuring that the ALM process aligns with industry best practices and meets the client’s requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a thorough analysis of the client’s ALM process and workflows.
• Identify gaps and areas for improvement in the existing ALM process.
• Develop and document comprehensive recommendations to enhance the ALM process, including process redesign, tool evaluation, and workflow optimization.
• Implement quality assurance measures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Produce clear and detailed documentation, including process maps, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience of minimum 3 years in ALM process engineering, with a focus on process analysis, redesign, and optimization.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and ALM frameworks.
• Experience in quality assurance and adherence to industry best practices.
• Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to create clear and concise process documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

• Conduct ALM/SDLC process audits to ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
• Develop and update process documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training and guidance on process compliance and best practices.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
